The problem we set out to solve
Preparing for a consulting interview usually means finding a partner who is free when you are, hoping they can run a case well, and accepting whatever feedback they can give afterwards. Most candidates practise irregularly, and the feedback they get is a general impression rather than something they can act on.
CasingLab makes the practice available on demand and the feedback specific. You run a case whenever you have half an hour, and you finish with a report that points at what you actually said.
AI case interviews
You speak, the interviewer listens. It probes weak structure with follow-up questions, shares an exhibit in the middle of your analysis, and pushes you from an observation to its implication. It will not do the work for you: it does not run your calculations and does not hand you the recommendation.
Cases come in three interviewer styles and at three levels of pressure, from a supportive pace to a deliberately demanding one, so the session matches where you are in your preparation.
Feedback with the evidence attached
Every session is scored across six dimensions: structure, quantitative work, business judgment, communication, creativity and synthesis. Each score comes with the reasoning behind it, and the report highlights the moments that earned it, quoted from your own transcript. You can replay the whole session alongside the report and see the exhibits exactly as they were shared with you.
A dimension you never got to exercise is marked as not assessed rather than scored badly. A report should tell you where you stand, not pad itself with numbers it cannot justify.
The online tests
Screening tests decide who reaches an interview at all, and a strong case performance never happens if the test filters you out first. We rebuilt the main formats to mirror the real thing in structure and timing, including the McKinsey Solve games, the BCG online case, SOVA and SHL-style batteries.
Lessons and drills
Eighty-two lessons across three learning paths, each built the same way: a short video explaining the concept, a worked example annotated line by line, the traps to avoid, and a timed drill to check that it stuck. Alongside them, focused labs for mental maths, chart reading, structuring and synthesis, plus a Fit and PEI story builder for the behavioural half of the process.
How access works
Plans are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal: you pay once, and access runs for a fixed window. When the window closes, it simply ends, and nothing is charged again.
