1. Subscriptions & renewal
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) at the price shown at checkout. Payments and invoicing are processed securely by Stripe.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings, or by emailing billing@casinglab.com. When you cancel:
- your subscription will not renew for the next period;
- you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for;
- no further charges are taken after cancellation.
3. Legal right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/France)
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. CasingLab is a digital service that is made available immediately. By purchasing a plan and starting to use the Service, you expressly request that performance begins at once and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and that it no longer applies to the part already provided (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). To the extent the right of withdrawal still applies, it is honoured.
4. Refunds
Apart from your statutory rights above, payments (including renewals) are non-refundable. We make an exception in clear cases such as an unintended renewal reported promptly, or where a refund is required by law.
5. How to request a refund
Email billing@casinglab.com with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within a few business days.
