1. One-time purchases
Every CasingLab purchase (plans, add-ons, and coaching sessions) is a single payment for a fixed access period and, where applicable, a set number of case interview credits, as shown at checkout. Nothing renews automatically and no recurring charges are taken. Payments and invoicing are processed securely by Stripe.
2. End of access
Your access expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. There is nothing to cancel and no further charge is ever taken.
3. All sales are final
Purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
4. Legal right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/France)
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. CasingLab is a digital service made available immediately after payment. By completing a purchase, you expressly request that performance begins at once and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). To the extent the right of withdrawal still applies in your case, it is honoured.
