Pricing questions, answered
Is CasingLab a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a single payment for a fixed access period. Nothing renews automatically and no recurring charges are taken.
What happens when my access period ends?
Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. There is nothing to cancel and no further charge is ever taken.
Can I try CasingLab before paying?
Yes. The diagnostic and one full lesson are free, with no credit card required, so you can see how the product works before deciding.
What does each plan include?
Interview: 30 days and 8 AI voice cases. Sprint: 90 days, 25 cases and the online tests. Offer Ready: 180 days, 50 cases with priority, the online tests and a 1-hour session with an ex-MBB consultant. All three include the lessons and PEI / fit practice.
Will I be charged in euros or dollars?
Prices are held at parity, the same number in EUR and USD. Cards from Europe, the UK, Switzerland and North Africa are charged in euros; everywhere else in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. CasingLab is a digital service made available immediately after payment: by completing a purchase you request that performance begins at once and you thereby lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal (art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). To the extent the right still applies in your case, it is honoured.
Can I move up to a bigger plan later?
Yes. You can switch to a bigger plan at any time and pay only the difference between the two prices: sign in and use the Move up button on your Billing page. You end up exactly as if you had bought the bigger plan on day one.
Can I add more cases or the online tests later?
Yes. The Case Recharge add-on gives +10 case credits, valid 30 days and stackable, and the Online Tests Pack opens 30-day access to all online tests. Both are one-time payments with no renewal.
Can I share my account?
No. Your account is personal. The Terms of Service do not allow sharing, reselling or providing your account access to others, and your case credits are attached to your own account.
