Bain SOVA Assessment

Format

Assigned by email after application (Sova or TestGorilla). Sova's own materials describe logical, numerical and verbal reasoning, situational judgement and personality sections; Bain does not publish the section breakdown.

Firms adjust which assessment they use over time. Your invitation email names the exact assessment: always follow it and confirm with your recruiter.

Notes & caveats

Bain: the digital assessment takes approximately 30-40 minutes; format may vary by office and role. Pen, paper and calculator permitted for the assessment (not the interviews). Sova does not have to be completed in one sitting.
