Bain TestGorilla Assessment

Format

Assigned by email after application (Sova or TestGorilla). TestGorilla assessments are assembled from short modules; Bain does not publish which combination it uses.

Firms adjust which assessment they use over time. Your invitation email names the exact assessment: always follow it and confirm with your recruiter.

Notes & caveats

Bain: the digital assessment takes approximately 30-40 minutes; format may vary by office and role. TestGorilla must be completed in one sitting; Bain recommends Chrome.
