Format
IBM names four assessment types, sent depending on the role: coding (multiple choice or challenges), video interview, English language, and work behaviours (forced choice).
Firms adjust which assessment they use over time. Your invitation email names the exact assessment: always follow it and confirm with your recruiter.

Seven days from the invitation to complete. For entry-level consultants, IBM's careers blog describes a first-round case interview followed by a behavioural round.
