Format
Six sections in three blocks: quantitative (logical counting, statements), verbal (logical texts, reading passages), case studies (table and graph analysis). Official mock scoring: five points per correct answer, minus one per incorrect.
Firms adjust which assessment they use over time. Your invitation email names the exact assessment: always follow it and confirm with your recruiter.
Notes & caveats
Kearney's own downloadable mock (circa 2021) gives 60 minutes, six sections and +5/-1 scoring. It is labelled a sample: the live 2026 assessment is not separately documented and may differ. No vendor is named.
