Format
Immersive assessments with rank order, written and recorded video answers, plus a separate 20-minute timed numeric reasoning test. 60 minutes on average, varying by business area.
Firms adjust which assessment they use over time. Your invitation email names the exact assessment: always follow it and confirm with your recruiter.
Notes & caveats
UK route. EY's privacy notice describes a game-based Cappfinity psychometric tool but does not connect it to EY One by name. Webcam and microphone required; EY recommends completing it in one sitting.
